Our Founder
Thyme to Heal Herb Shoppe was founded in 1996 by Kathy Self, NC, LDHS, BCBS after successfully using herbs, supplements & enzymes to regain her own health in the early years. She later continued her Education to include Loomis Digestive Health Therapy & Biofeedback Specialist Services-- with a focus on the latest technology in Indigo & the Q-9 systems.
The store carries a full line of herbs, vitamins, minerals, plant enzymes, whole foods, liquid extracts, essential oils, supplements & homeopathics-- as well as many other items. We also stock many organic health foods including frozen & refrigerated items + local honey, as well as Elderberry syrup/tea & jelly. We also stock natural soaps, shampoos, goats milk soaps/lotions, etc, other personal care items -- & natural health care resource info.
